SOLARWATT Prepares For Strong UK Growth
SOLARWATT, a German manufacturer of complete photovoltaic systems and the European market leader in glass-glass panels, is pleased to announce the further expansion of its UK team with the appointment of Trevor Treleven as Technical Support and Sales Engineer.
Working with Neal Goddard, UK Sales Manager, Trevor will be responsible for providing expert technical support and advice to the company's installer and partner network throughout the UK and Ireland.
A BSc Honours graduate in environmental resource management and renewable energy technologies, Trevor previously worked in senior technical roles for a number of solar PV, solar mounting and energy storage providers. Before retraining to work in renewable energy, he was an IT engineer, working in industry and for central Government.
“Trevor is a key appointment for SOLARWATT as we continue to fulfil our ongoing expansion plan for the UK market while delivering the highest standards,” said Neal Goddard. “He and I were colleagues in solar PV for 10 years and I have first-hand experience of his thorough knowledge, technical expertise, communication skills and dedication. Trevor's a real problem solver - his arrival further underlines SOLARWATT's dedication to the UK market.
“We have seen exponential growth in our sales numbers and adding a third, technically skilled person to our UK support team is another step in fulfilling our ambitious goals and gaining market share. This year we are looking to quadruple our 2020 figures, after achieving 100% growth compared to the previous year.”
