Microsystem producer PHS MEMS shareholders have approved a EUR10mn
capital increase. Institutional shareholders contributing include AXA
Private Equity, CDP Capital Technology Ventures, IDI Kairos, Thales
Corporate Ventures, the Houston Group, ETF Group. The tour is open to
potential new investors until March 2003. The company is planning to make
break-even by Q1 2004.
